Refund policy
As each item is made to order, no refunds will be accepted for change of mind, so please consider your purchases carefully.
Exchanges can be arranged within 14 days of receiving an item, if your piece is not what you had expected. To arrange this please contact me directly.
Saint Cava Jewellery is not liable for incorrect sizes of rings that have been bought online, when the customer has chosen their own finger size.
Return tracked postage costs must be paid by the customer. Exchanges will only be issued once the piece has been returned and inspected in its original condition and in its original packaging. Postage of the new product will remain at the standard postage price of $10 AUD within Australia.

Customer Care Policy
Please take care of your jewellery in order for it to stand the test of time.
If your jewellery purchase has a manufacturing fault, please contact us to discuss your options. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds on any item for fair wear and tear
If, following inspection and repair being an available option, we are able to repair the item, the item will be repaired at no charge (excluding postage), provided the item has not been:
damaged due to mishandling or inappropriate use (for example exposing your jewellery to hard blows, rough work, harsh chemicals or heavy sporting activities, etc).
Note - Nothing in this refund policy is to limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
